EARLY VOTING BALLOTS CANNOT BE REQUESTED BY TELEPHONE OR BY EMAIL

You must request an early voting (absentee) ballot in writing. Please click on the button below to download and print the early voting form. After completed, you may mail or fax the request to your local election office. In addition, you may request the ballot in person at your local election office. If you need contact information for your local election officials, please click on the link below.

 

Important Note: Please check with your county clerk, election commissioner or the secretary of state's office to ensure that all applicable deadlines are met when requesting an absentee ballot.
